I just saw "The Million Dollar Hotel" yesterday. Probably you know that movie, too. I mean, because U2 (I read on your profile you're a fan, too :D) made the soundtrack and Jeremy Davies played the main role. :) Today I watched the intro scene on youtube again and, oh man, I cried. So beautiful and sad at the same time.

I'm waiting for Love Film to send me it, it's on a short wait or something. I've been meaning to watch it for years with the U2 connection but after realising the Jeremy connection it became a must! Hopefully will get to see it soon.

Saw the links to some earlier Mahone stuff on my f-list (Fichtner comm) and in my current icon revamp noticed some of them looking okay to think of as possible options, so meant to comment to you somewhere down the line. Then saw the link to the new stuff, and it was everything else I liked more than the Mahones here, go figure. Well, not that I want anything to do with deNiro or Sutherland (whom I'd prefer if had to choose out of those two and movies), but aww 15 is cute, and 14 may even end up in my selection if things roll that way. Even 11 is mesmerizing or something in the way only Walken can be, although he's not in any way pretty or something like that in it. The colours, vividness + intensity he has as it is work in its favour, making it captivating even if not a first or even a third choice. As in, I keep staring at it although can't see a use for it. Also, may I ask where you found your Walken pics from?

Funnily enough I just added a Lang-hairstyle alike to my selection, too, via Dayna in Blake's 7, but not having seen beyond S3 PB, well, can't say if I like the pairing or not. Having glanced at your userinfo, too, I think you were into Dark Tower as well, so have you considered William Fichtner for your Roland if they ever film it? He looks good in jeans, has the blue eyes + something of the "I've walked a thousand years in dust + death" about him in some pics now that he's finally getting old enough for it. The hair/forehead might not be exactly right, but he's a damn sight closer than most actors I could think of. I think 27 + 29 were my WF favourites here, although I don't see a use for 27 either. 38 is precious, smiles to that, and 47 does look interesting even though KS isn't my thing.

You don't seem to use tags (I personally don't like them that much, but use for icons + see their usefulness for communities), so I'll have to see what other icon posts you've made now. Or make the time to do that in my limited online time sometime soon. If I use anything, always credit.

I think Walken photographs differently to how he looks in the movies, as a young man he was very striking and has beautiful eyes. All the Walken pictures are the ones that stood out the most on Google search.

I have an older post where I picked my ideal cast for DT. Fichtner is actually my second choice for Roland. My first is Liam Neeson. Who for my mind is the right talent and age. He also has that world weary, rugged and stoic feel to him. Sadly, they've picked Christian Bale for the role.

I just tend to write "icons" as the tag as I've only done around 10 icon posts. One or two are tagged (Hepburn and Monroe I recall). I intend to get round doing it soon but as I use so many various people it can take awhile. You can probably view all my icon posts on the one page and it has descriptions of the enties. You'll find better Fichtner there too as these are probably my last batch for some time. I've ran out of pictures on the site I use and dislike using party appearance pictures etc.

Well, she really seems good for Suzanna's part. Strong girl. I should google for any shows with her.
And though I really do like Liam, he's too big to be Roland, imho. Gilead guy got to be more delicate. Course, best Roland would be Klint, but he's too old for portraying 40-years old guy. Such a loss.
